To access Registers of Scotland INSPIRE data click on Data Layers and scroll to Ownership. Make the data visible by clicking on Registers of Scotland.

When the data loads on screen (you may need to zoom in to see this) you can copy this to a plan by right clicking and then copy to plan. To select multiple hold down the shift key and click.

Either select an existing plan to copy the data to or create a new one.
