The Slope Identifier is a data download service designed to assist users in identifying slope gradients within a specified geospatial boundary. This service enables users to select a plan or create a frame to determine slope variations.
Different slope gradings are represented as polygons on your plan, categorised as follows: Note: Regions of minimal slope (<2 degrees) do not receive a category and are left blank on your plan.

Low | 2-3 degrees |
Moderate | 3-7 degrees |
High | 7-11 degrees |
Very High | >11 degrees |
To generate a plan with your slope data please click on New/Download data.
Select Slope Identifier from the list
Choose a plan from the available list or create a frame area on screen and give the plan a name. Please note an SBI number is not required. Select Download Now.
You will receive one email to confirm your request is in progress and another to confirm when completed. You may need to refresh your map to view the data once confirmation is received.
Select a feature on the map and the right hand panel will show the details.
