In Map Layers switch on Land Registry Parcels

Zoom to the area of land that needs to be registered and select all the surrounding titles. Note you can multi select parcels by holding down the shift key.

Once they are selected select Copy features to a project in the Feature Details menu. Now Create a new project, select type as Blank and Create new project for feature.

You can now turn off the Land Registry Parcels in the Map Layers.

Make sure your project is selected and any others are turned off.

Firstly turn on the snap to line tool, then click on Add feature

In Add Feature search and select Ownership boundary. Left click on a point on the boundary and hold down the "S" key. Click around the shape and the feature will now start to be drawn onto the map.

When the Ownership boundary is completed double left click to finish and then select Finish drawing

The next step is to remove the surrounding Land Registry parcels that were used as a guide. Select these and on Feature Details menu select Delete features. Note you can multi select parcels by holding down the shift key.

You will now be left with the ownership parcel to register which you can annotate if needed.
