No you can't edit an invitation. You have to wait until the user has accepted and moved from invitations to users. From the users tab, click on the pencil icon next to the users details.

Click on the pencil icon next to the users details.

You can amend the first name and last name but not their email address.

If the email address is incorrect you will need to create an invitation using the correct email address.
