How to create a plan with Registers of Scotland INSPIRE data

Streamline your mapping in Scotland by using Registers of Scotland (RoS) data.

Click on New plan then Import data

Select Pick from Register Scotland

The data will load on screen and to select a feature single click and to deselect click again.

Once your selection is complete click on next.

Select the template for your plan.

Give your plan a name and select Finish.

A new plan will be created in the left hand panel containing all of the features.

If you need to add additional features later you can also access Registers of Scotland data via the Data Layers in the top right of your screen. Scroll to Ownership. Make the data visible by clicking on Registers of Scotland.

When the data loads on screen (you may need to zoom in to see this) you can copy this to a plan by right clicking and then copy to plan. To select multiple hold down the shift key and click.

Either select an existing plan to copy the data to or create a new one.
