Once you have searched the map for the location that you need, go to Data Layers, Ownership, Registers of Scotland.
The data will load on screen, select a feature or select multiple features by holding down the shift key and right click to see the copy to plan function.
Select an existing, or create a new plan and click on Copy feature to a plan.
Once all of your features are copied then go back to Data Layers and Reset.
Your features will be contained in a plan and you can now edit these.
