Please note that this functionality only works for lines with 2 points
Go to Draw and select the line option.
Single click to start and double click to finish. The right hand panel will appear and from here you can set a length for the line by adjusting the length in the length box. Any increase or reduction in line length will be from the second point plotted to end your line.
