How does data get included in the Portfolio Summary?

  • For data to appear in your Portfolio Summary, you need to have created and published plans for the relevant templates.

  • For your ease of use, we recommend standardising your plan names to include the client name, plan type, and farm name - see ”How to name maps and plans" guidance here.

How often does the data in the Portfolio Summary get updated?

  • Whenever you update a published plan or publish/unpublish a plan, the Map of Maps & Portfolio Summary will update within a few minutes.

  • When you first upgrade to a Professional subscription, it will take 1 day for the Portfolio Summary to be created.

Which plan templates are included in the Portfolio Summary?

  • The Total Area reflects the total area of the features that intersect with the data layer - it is not the area of intersection

How do I export my Portfolio Summary data?

  • We will be adding a capability to export the data to CSV at a later date

  • In the meantime, the table data can be copied and pasted into a spreadsheet
