Note: To be rotated the feature needs to be within a plan You cannot rotate features contained in Boundaries.  

Select the feature or features you wish to rotate are selected. Note - To select multiple features, hold down the shift key then click on each feature. Ensure that the rotate function is active, yellow is active white inactive.

Click on the feature and drag to rotate to the desired position. Note - If you have selected multiple features they will rotate at the same time.
