Please note to be able to draw on a map you have to have created a plan within your map. Once created the draw option will become available to you.

Go to Draw, Rectangle.

Single click to start drawing and single click to finish then click on Finish.

When you click on Finish the rectangle will be selected and the right hand menu will appear. From here you can change the width and height of the rectangle.
