Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen and select Account

Navigate to the Members tab and click on the subscription icon next to the member.

From here you can see the subscription tier and subscription status. If you wish to change the tier select the Subscription tier drop down and make your selection.

Click on Next

Accept the confirmation and click on Upgrade/Downgrade
