Farmer Nature Reporting Process - Sharing information with multiple Nature Reporting organisations

If you are looking to share information with multiple Nature Reporting organisations (e.g. two different retailers), you have two main options:

If you are sharing the same farm plans with the organisations, simply click the “+ Add” button at the bottom of your Nature Reporting - Farm info page (see below). You can then select the new organisation you wish to share the same plans with from the list.

If you want to share information related to different or select areas of your farm, you will need to create a new map and use this map to submit to the additional organisation. To do this, you can either repeat the process you completed to share with previous Nature Reporting organisations or, it is often preferable to export the plans you have created in your original map and then import and edit these plans in your new map. You can then submit your plans from here by heading to your Nature Reporting section and completing the Farm info section.
