How to set up and use the Re-Leased property management integration

Setting up the Re-Leased property management integration on your Land App organisation account

Set up

Please note only an administrator of an organisation can set up the integration and all users will need to be in a Professional subscription.

Navigate to to subscription tab in your Land App account here and select connect. If not all team members are in a Professional subscription you will need to follow the steps to upgrade and then click on connect again.

By clicking on Sign in you will be redirected to Re-Leased.

Enter your Re-Leased log in credentials which authorises Land App to access your data

Back on your subscription tab in Land App you will see that you are connected and can manage the integration.

How to use

Once you have your boundary in a Land App plan select this feature and the right hand panel will appear.

From here select Import attributes

Select Connect feature to Re-Leased.

Search for your property area and select using th e

Select - and lastly Create Connection.

Re-Leased attributes will now to added to the right hand panel of the feature.

Available Attributes

  • Property Name

  • Property Type

  • Area Title

  • Area Type Name

  • Address

  • Postcode

  • Owner Name

  • Owner Email

  • Manager First Name

  • Manager Last Name

  • Manager Email

  • Property EPC Rating

  • Area EPC Rating

  • Tenants

  • Tenancy start date

  • Tenancy end date

  • Annual Rent Amount

  • Rent Paid Up To
