Toggle to the move function and then select the feature or features you wish to move. To select multiple features, hold down the shift key then click on each feature.
Now drag the feature or features into a new position.

If a feature is in the right format but the wrong place, the Move tool allows you to shift features across your map without altering their size or geometry.
