Select the feature or features you wish to rotate are selected. Note - To select multiple features, hold down the shift key then click on each feature. Select the Rotate function, it will turn blue to show it is active.
Click on the feature and drag to rotate to the desired position. Note - If you have selected multiple features they will rotate at the same time.
