This function is to help you easily record and evidence the current status of land and assets. You can use this function for a variety of tasks from habitat assessments to tree surveys and compliance reporting.

To take a photo in the app, click the yellow + button in the bottom right corner of your map and then click Take Photo.

This will open your mobile device’s camera and you need to allow the app access.

Click the circle button in the bottom middle of your camera screen to take a photo.

You can add a description or notes to your photo by typing in the text bar at the bottom of your screen.

Click the arrow button in the bottom right of your screen to save the photo and any accompanying description.

Each photo you take will be saved to the particular map you are working on.

To delete photos, firstly drag the toolbar underneath your map upwards to display additional information about that particular map.

Click the Photos icon within the Details section, which will display all photos taken on that particular map in a gallery view.

Click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner of your screen.

Click Delete Images.

Click on each photo you wish to delete (you can select multiple photos at the same time), then confirm your deletion by clicking Delete in the top right corner of your screen.

You can close the photo gallery before deleting any photos by clicking the < button in the top left corner of your screen.
