Click on the three vertical dots next to your existing plan and select duplicate.
Select the template that you want to use, scroll to the bottom name your new plan and select Create Plan.
How to duplicate plans
You can duplicate existing plans in the same map onto the same template to scenario plan or different templates to save mapping features again
